Poet's Corner
It is my distinct pleasure to spotlight the unique poetic prowess of my dearest friend, and fellow painfully-awareling, Miss Kimberly Hebert.

Someone once told me---or it was read somewhere
(probably The Internet) that one glazed donut requires
nearly two Earth days for the human body to process.
WELL FOLKS!
In the last 24 hours six such donuts have been consumed by
I,
descendent of my monkey-brother brethrens—
walking upright in all of my Darwinian condescension and supposed intelligence
at present, the equivalent of the starving giant seabird
possessing a belly-full of discarded plastics.

That Krim... she sure knows how to make the ice melt.
I'll conclude this post with a quote of my very own, which I came up with at this very moment:
"Jest is to misanthropy as vaseline is to herpes."
